Two coaches, one roster
Both of us work with athletes directly. The roster stays small because every programme is written from scratch.
Luca Inglese
Former water polo and rugby coach at Parklands College and Camps Bay High. Currently completing a sports nutrition course through the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. Builds the programmes and the systems behind them.
Toni Kalama
Former rugby coach with time on the field and in the gym. A strong athlete in his own right, and experienced with gym-based strength work. Works with athletes day to day alongside Luca.
Small on purpose
Nothing off a shelf
Every programme is written from that athlete's own intake form. Sport, position, season phase, injury history, and what equipment they can actually reach.
The roster stays small
Writing a programme properly takes hours, not minutes. We would rather turn an athlete away than hand them something generic with their name on the cover.
Reviewed before it is sent
Nothing reaches an athlete or a parent without a coach reading it first. Numbers are calculated, not guessed, and every programme is checked against safe loading limits for a developing athlete.
Know an athlete this suits?
Two minutes on a phone. Nothing owed either way.
