Two options, one price
Month one costs the same either way. The difference is whether the programme keeps moving with the athlete.
The same full programme, released phase by phase as the season moves.
- Programme released phase by phase
- Weekly check-ins
- Monthly parent report
- Full rewrite every four weeks
- Minimum two months
The full personalised programme and fuelling guide, delivered complete.
- Full personalised programme
- Fuelling guide
- Delivered complete, all at once
- No ongoing coaching
- No adjustments as the season changes
Why the monthly includes the programme build: a parent should not pay full price for the programme and full price for the coaching. Month one is R1,299 whichever option you pick.
What actually arrives
A training phase
Sessions written for their sport and position, with the main lifts, the accessory work, and the loading that matches where they are in the season. Deloads are planned, not improvised.
A fuelling guide
Energy needs worked out from their own numbers, then turned into portions and timing around training. No calorie counting, no goal weight, no food rules a teenager has to hide.
A parent report
Monthly. Adherence first, then what changed, then the strength numbers behind it. Written to be read by someone who was not at the sessions.
